After the most amazing week of skiing with a few of my buddies, I could not turn down their invitation to boat in Scotland with them for the New Year period. I was extremely excited on the journey up as I knew we were staying on the banks of the Nevis, at the Youth Hostel there. The Upper section of this river is my favourite in the UK, unfortunately there was not enough water the whole week to run the section.

I did however get a good run down the Coe, which was new and exciting for me. The gorge is a great section of hold on to your hat style of boating and some new moves to be made. I also got out onto many of the classics such as the Orchy, Etive, Alt Muheuran & Roy Gorge and were all most enjoyable.
