BCU 3 Star White Water Training / Assessment
This course aims to deliver training or assessment for your BCU 3 Star Personal Skill Award. This award has a moving water element as well as efficient flat water skills. It will also look at rescue, group awareness and some theory behind the sport. Full Syllabus can be found here.
Course Outline
The training course will be tailored to your specific needs, but the whole syllabus will be covered, Assessment will simply be an inter-active day out on the river, I will always be looking to pass you!
Pre-Requisites
To get the most out of both courses you should have your BCU 2 star award and had a look at the 3 star syllabus!
