This day course will begin with an interactive briefing so the course structure can be customised to fit you needs. Using the lake environment at PaddleSport or another venue that will suit your ability and learning outcomes the day will aim to push your skills further to empower be more skilful and confident on the water. There is always an opportunity to work towards your BCU 2 star award if you want it!

Course Aims

My only aim is a fun safe day, the rest is up to you! Typically looking at efficient forward paddling, good turns, draw strokes, bracing and flat water rescue skills.

Pre-Requisites

To attend the course to should have some experience and your BCU 1 star award although this is not a must.
